No Returns

 

All purchases made on cake.jeans are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds for any products once they have been purchased.

 

Size Exchanges

 

We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

If you require a different size, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All tags and packaging must be intact

• The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

If the requested size is available, we will arrange the exchange.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

 

We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the item:

• Shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration

• Is returned without original tags or packaging

• Was reported after the specified time frame
